Case Studies - New Warehouse Project - Including Pallet Racking, Longspan and Shelving Systems
We supplied one of our customers a complete storage & picking solution for all their products/stock. They had recently moved into new premises with offices to the right and an empty warehouse to the left. (Illustrations show development of the project to completion).
We Installed low level pallet racking c/w galvanised steel drop over decks, to store their pallets for both 'Goods-In' & 'Good-Out', and to suit their existing fork lift truck. There was a run of longspan shelving to store their longer/heavier products and several runs of standard adjustable shelving with solid end frames, open intermediate frames and mesh fitted to the back for their standard stock. There was also a lockable security cabinet (Page 9) integrated into one of the bays of shelving for their high value items.
